Enjoy the benefits of flexible work with the security of W-2 employment.
www.teero.com ↗I have a full time job, but being able to temp when I need to is a huge blessing! I love that Teero takes my taxes out so I don't need to worry about it. They are professional and caring, this is the only platform I will work for.
Teero has been a reliable and convenient platform for finding qualified temporary dental hygienists. The process is simple, efficient, and has helped us keep our schedule running smoothly. We’ve had a great experience and highly recommend Teero to other dental practices!
Excellent talent pool! We referred to the hygienist as a guest hygienist… patients loved it!!!
I love this agency. You are the best. Keep up your good work for all your dental hygienist.
Teero is a fantastic temp agency. They use w-2’s which keeps things simple. Also they have a great system to help both sides of the platform (offices/hygienist). They respond quickly to questions, and are always very kind. I 100% recommend this agency to any hygienist or office.
I had a great experience working with Teero as a dental Hygienist . They were professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Thank you Teero
Teero is my favorite temping app by FAR!! So easy to use, I love the texting and support, reviews for offices, can't recommend enough! I wish more offices used it!
The is app is great for dental hygienists. Very simple to use. The help responses are super quick and not to mention the instant pay out option!! I definitely recommend this app.
Easy and comfortable
Responds in a timely manner, very helpful, and professional!!
The recurring complaints worth keeping an eye on — the dissent behind the ratings.
I would leave zero stars if I could. It is completely unacceptable that a hygienist can cancel a scheduled shift two hours before it begins for a supposed “emergency,” leaving a dental office with virtually no recourse. Dental offices rely on these platforms to keep their schedules running. When a hygienist cancels at the last minute, it doesn’t just inconvenience the office, it can force an entire day of patients to be canceled, costing the practice thousands of dollars and creating a terrible experience for patients who have scheduled their appointments weeks or months in advance. There appears to be absolutely no accountability for providers who repeatedly cancel or simply decide they no longer want to work a shift. Someone should not be able to abandon an office an hour or two before their scheduled start time and then immediately continue picking up shifts elsewhere with no meaningful consequence. The system is fundamentally flawed if all of the risk falls on the dental practice while the person who committed to the shift faces none. There needs to be a legitimate cancellation policy, accountability for last-minute cancellations, and a way for offices to know whether a provider has a history of doing this. As it currently operates, this platform is unreliable and puts dental offices in an impossible position.
Very Unethical Temping Agency — I’m a registered dental hygienist who used Teero for temp work. Although my earlier experiences with their support team were positive, a recent situation left me disappointed enough to stop accepting shifts through them. On August 19, 2026, I drove over an hour for a shift scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The listing did not disclose any paid-parking requirements or provide parking instructions. When I arrived, I found paid street parking and a paid garage. I normally avoid assignments involving paid parking, so this information would have affected my decision to accept the shift. I called Teero, and the first representative was kind and apologetic. He offered a bonus of approximately $20 for the inconvenience and told me to go ahead and park. I appreciated his help. While trying to arrange parking and get into the office, I paid approximately $7 for six hours in the garage. The next option was $15 for twelve hours, and the confirmation email indicated I could extend my parking if needed. I ultimately did not extend it, left the office around 3:20 p.m., and later received a $55 parking notice in the mail. I recognize that I purchased less parking time than my scheduled shift required and did not extend it. My concern is that the lack of parking information created an unexpected, stressful situation before work—and I was disappointed by how Teero handled my request for help afterward. When I contacted support, a representative pointed out that I had purchased six hours of parking for an eight-hour shift. I found her tone dismissive and lacking empathy. When I requested a supervisor, she told me that her team would have the same position. I continued asking and eventually spoke with a manager, who also declined reimbursement. I did not feel I received a meaningful explanation beyond being told they could not reimburse it. This was a significant contrast to the helpful support I had previously received. This also was not my first experience with missing assignment information. On another occasion, I accepted what I understood to be a traditional office shift, only to discover it involved accelerated hygiene in a mobile dentistry setting. That was not disclosed in the listing. I completed the shift, but would not have accepted it had I known beforehand. I submitted feedback through the app and did not receive any follow-up from Teero about that concern. As a hygienist, I rely on accurate descriptions to make informed decisions about where I work. Parking requirements, the practice setting, and the hygiene schedule matter. I take responsibility for my own decisions, but I also expect the agency and participating offices to take responsibility for communicating essential assignment details. Ultimately, the incomplete listings and the way my concerns were handled led me to decide not to continue working through Teero. Based on my experience, I would encourage other hygienists to confirm parking arrangements and the exact working environment before accepting an assignment.
Shifts keep getting cancelled — I’m not sure what is going on with Teero, but they have become unreliable. Shifts keep getting cancelled less than 48 hours with no explanation. As hygienists, we aren’t supposed to cancel on offices, but they can cancel on us at anytime through this platform. I will be booking shifts through other apps that I can rely on.
Always cancelling — I have tried this app over GoTu due to the w2 aspect drawing me towards them instead except every time I try to pick up a shift they get cancelled? I’ve been a hygienist for 5 years and have a great track record. I’ve never cancelled a sub shift on an office before yet they do it to me all the time.
No shifts available — There has never even been a single shift posted near my location
Misleading not for dental assistants — Not for dental assistants ! Don’t waste time giving them your information !! Put in the app name dental hygiene staffing if it’s only for dental hygienists 🤡
No D.A jobs — This is only for hygiene only
actually. no stars. dumb. only takes hygienist. wasted my time
Dental hygienists regard Teero as a highly functional and user-friendly platform that consistently earns praise for its intuitive design, transparent office details, reliable W-2 employment structure, responsive customer support, and same-day partial pay options. The overwhelming majority of practitioners value the app's ability to review offices before accepting shifts and appreciate the professionalism of the platform. A minority of users report frustration with last-minute shift cancellations by offices, incomplete assignment disclosures regarding parking and practice settings, and occasional uneven support responsiveness, though these concerns represent isolated experiences rather than systemic issues. Overall, Teero stands as a trusted choice for hygienists seeking flexible temporary work with clear compensation and accountability.

Temp hygienists — what staffing apps are you actually liking these days? — I’ve been temping for a while now and have used GoTu, Cloud, Kwikly and Teero, so I figured I’d share my experience and see what everyone else is using. GoTu: I’ve had very brief and mostly negative experiences with GoTu. I worked five shifts through the platform, and all of Gotu is 1099 , which wasn’t ideal for me. T…
