I love Teero! It’s super easy to sign up for shifts, they use a W-4 system, and the support team is great. I think the only thing that bothers me about Teero is if you cancel a shift even weeks in advance, it dings your profile and can get you kicked off. I’ve had a couple offices cancel on me last minute, not sure if this is considered like hygienists are.
The recurring complaints worth keeping an eye on — the dissent behind the ratings.
Always cancelling — I have tried this app over GoTu due to the w2 aspect drawing me towards them instead except every time I try to pick up a shift they get cancelled? I’ve been a hygienist for 5 years and have a great track record. I’ve never cancelled a sub shift on an office before yet they do it to me all the time.
No shifts available — There has never even been a single shift posted near my location
Misleading not for dental assistants — Not for dental assistants ! Don’t waste time giving them your information !! Put in the app name dental hygiene staffing if it’s only for dental hygienists 🤡
