I’ve been using Kwikly for dental temping, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. The app is easy to navigate, and I like how quickly I can pick up shifts that actually fit my schedule. I feel like I’m finally in control of my workdays instead of being stuck in a rigid schedule. Clocking in/out is simple, and everything from assignments to pay tracking is organized in one place. What stood out most for me is the flexibility. I can choose the offices, the hours, and the days that work for me, which makes a huge difference when balancing life and work. I’ve also felt confident walking into offices because I can see details ahead of time. Pay has been reliable, and the overall process feels streamlined compared to traditional temp agencies.. Overall, it’s been a game-changer for how I temp and work in dentistry.

My experience with this company has been very disappointing. I worked two days before my onboarding process was stopped because of an issue with my work permit during the hiring process. I understand why the onboarding could not be completed, but I did perform work and expected to be paid for the time I worked. It has now been four weeks, and I have not received payment or any meaningful communication from HR or management regarding the status of my wages. Despite multiple attempts to obtain an update, no one has provided a clear explanation or timeline. If the company believes it cannot legally issue payment at this time, I would at least expect a written acknowledgment of the hours I worked, the wages owed, and the reason payment has been delayed. Instead, I have been left without answers. I hope the company improves its communication with employees and handles wage-related matters more professionally. Every employee deserves timely communication and fair treatment regarding compensation for work performed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My wages were sent to a bank account that I did not authorize, and I have now been unpaid for nearly a month. Despite this, the company has stated they will not reissue my payment until they are able to recover the funds, leaving me without compensation for work I already completed. I have requested clear information regarding where my money is, as well as a timeline for resolution, but have not received a satisfactory answer. While the app may be convenient for picking up shifts, the payroll support process has been very concerning. I would strongly advise others to closely monitor their payment information and be cautious.
Use Cloud instead — They have fees to withdraw Your money. As a contractor, I was put on “payroll”, not sure why because I only added this app because of f the office that needed me used it. Don’t like it at all! When I get paid, I want my money same day! I don’t need anyone to take out taxes, that’s what I have an account for. When putting in my info, it stayed in pending review for a week. Customer service did respond promptly, this I liked.
Keely, manager at Kwikly is the WORST person you’ll ever encounter in your career life — The dental offices that post shifts on Kwikly are mostly corporate offices and the staff at most those offices are very bitter, unprofessional, unhelpful, and very very rude. You ask them one question about anything in the office and after you leave you shall expect a one-star review on your profile even if you’re an AMAZING DA and you did everything as expected and even more. Also, there’s an account manager that works at Kwikly, her name is Keely, she is absolutely the WORST person you’ll ever encounter in your career. She’s very very unhelpful and will never stand by your side as a contractor through Kwikly and will always stand by the offices side against you. She has no empathy whatsoever towards any horrible treatment you go through by staff at any dental offices you temp at. Absolutely HORRIFIC. I wish there would were people who work at Kwikly who are actually good people and have some empathy and are nice and professional.

DA — Work with a temping agency who cares about your travel, pay and time. Kwikly doesn’t care about certain circumstances that is workers experience and different offices and Thats why I choose to not work with Kwikly anymore.
Can’t even get in — I put my phone number in, but NEVER get the activation code. I’ve deleted the app multiple times, no fix.

Right now I’m using an app that’s local to Seattle and it’s called Kwikly, but there’s also temp agencies in most cities and there’s actually quite a few different apps coming out. This is the only one that seems to work in my area, but it’s amazing.
