Been so easy picking up shifts. The locations, hours, and pay are all visible. And you can quickly see what the office expectations are in regards to appointment length time, assisted hygiene or not, what software for charts and x-rays. Can easily communicate with offices before hand. I'll be doing most my temping through this app now.

still haven't given me access to my pay after temping almost two weeks ago. Don't buy into it pick a different agency. Ive asked for help multiple times just to be blown off.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My wages were sent to a bank account that I did not authorize, and I have now been unpaid for nearly a month. Despite this, the company has stated they will not reissue my payment until they are able to recover the funds, leaving me without compensation for work I already completed. I have requested clear information regarding where my money is, as well as a timeline for resolution, but have not received a satisfactory answer. While the app may be convenient for picking up shifts, the payroll support process has been very concerning. I would strongly advise others to closely monitor their payment information and be cautious.
No shifts — Unfortunately they don’t have any jobs in my state. Very frustrating as I wouldn’t have downloaded this app knowing this ahead of time.
Keeps offering shifts too far away even after setting mileage — There should be a setting to set your state hygiene license(s). If you are not licensed in a specific state the app should not be recommending shifts out of state.
Bait and Seitch tactics — This company would heavily market in my area for $50 an hour minimum, which was a fantastic selling point to try this company. They have now let the dental offices choose the pay rate, so of course they are paying less now. This app was supposed to advocate for hygienists but I knew it was too good to be true
Sneaky solicitor — I posted in the Dental group Help for one day. A lady hit me back like she was interested only to get the name of our office to call an solicit 🤣🤣 And that so immature why didn’t you just identify yourself and say you were a staffing company and if we needed your help you did all that to call the office just to get turned down…. if we wanted a temp agency we would’ve already called Cloud Dentistry Miss LAUREN GARNEAUX. The same person that write bad reviews on other Dental temp agency sites for your gain 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not worth it — I joined about 2 months and a half. They accepted my licenses for dental assistant and dental hygienist. The inconvenience is that since I joined I haven’t received any notification from them even if I select the available dates and submit them for one month in advance. I even tried to open my miles to 20. I live in LARGO, FL.

Right now I’m using an app that’s local to Seattle and it’s called Kwikly, but there’s also temp agencies in most cities and there’s actually quite a few different apps coming out. This is the only one that seems to work in my area, but it’s amazing.
